After the acute treatment, follow-up care begins. Its purpose is to catch a possible recurrence early, to support you through side effects, and to help you find your way back to everyday life.

This includes regular check-up appointments, often ongoing anti hormone therapy, and rehabilitation offerings. Many women describe the time afterward as a challenge of its own: those around them expect normalcy, while inside, a lot is still echoing.
